    Customer Service Assistant

    Responsibilities:
    • Answering shipment and service questions.
    • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve problem or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Handle complaints provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Superior.
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, any field.
    • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
    • Willing to learn, hardworking and committed.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
