    Forwarding Manager

    Responsibilities:
    • Leading the overall functioning of Forwarding Department.
    • Manage the trade and regulation compliance are implemented and comply in place by team members.
    • Provide comprehensive internal training for team members on any new implementation that is in- line with the SOP improvement and enhancement covering SAP.
    • Build up and motivate the team to execute at a high level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Manage and investigate customer feedback and provide value-added solutions, share as a case study with the teams to prevent any similar mistakes happen in the future.
    • Analyze quarterly internal statistics measurement (such as productivity, overtime and past volumes data).
    • Interface with the relevant parties, ie: Operation, warehouse, customer service, internal and external customers etc. on performances / allocations / improvement process.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Superior.
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent or any field.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required.
    • Relevant work experience in logistics (freight forwarding, steamship line, or similar).
    • Good knowledge of custom clearance procedures and documentation processes.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
     

    Marketing Executive (Malacca)

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting the client’s objective.
    • Canvass for new customers and develop new prospects and sales accounts within the designated sales territory actively.
    • Follow up on enquiries from customers and prepare sales quotations, technical specifications to customers.
    • Build strong rapport with customers by providing pre and after-sales service diligently.
    • Provide sales leads, general market information and technical feedback to the Management.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Superior.
     
    Requirements:
    • In depth knowledge of marketing and practices.
    • Prior working experience in Sales/Business Development in the Haulage industry will be an advantage.
    • Possess strong written, communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, able to identify opportunities.
    • Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
