										- Answering shipment and service questions.
 
										- Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
										- Resolve problem or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
 
										- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 
										- Handle complaints provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits.
 
										- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Superior.
